- 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Trim the excess fat from the Picanha, leaving a thin layer of fat for flavor.
